''This chapel, how to say? Courtesy of Bishop Valois who offered me to paint the walls. Offering an artist to paint walls is certainly the most beautiful gift that one can possibly give him or her. I spent, no, rather, lived seven years thinking it, praying it and creating it and they say it is over. I do not feel it that way ... it continues to ripen in my mind and in my soul ... it is alive and trying to grow inside me and outside me. The passing years may reveal to me it's way through those who have seen and have prayed the Lord in its presence. My themes of life ... The beauty of the world ... The theology of beauty ... A loving gaze on the world, sharing and communication are all included ... a work is never truly finished as long as there will be new human beings to contemplate and redefine it in their time, the time of their lives and the new lighting that their future will bring them. Finally, the artist that I am, is already seeking a new wall, the human mammal, the woman that I am, is always seeking the truth, which is to say all the same thing. ''
