***** (The ''values' 'campaign was created by Monique. This idea came to her when a friend, Peter, asked her to develop an educational tool for the Cubs.
This concept was based on indigenous cultures and their values, their ways of seeing life and the history of the ''Territory'' and people who lived there and are still living there.
Having found her theme, Monique created objects symbolizing the values and principles to promote. She named these six items: ''Power Objects.''
Each of these objects was invested with a sense, of a ''poem,'' of a teaching in reference to values and composed in a way to arouse wonder and reflection.
I will briefly describe these objects: They are ''jewels'' composed of glass pellets, stained glass, tin, copper and adorned with decorative lines. Each form has a different composition associated with a concept relating to a specific text. Rather than the word jewels, we could use the word ''charm''. Here are the ‘’poems'' that are linked to the different objects. (The number of the poem is referenced to the item number of the photo.)
THE OBJECTS-OF-POWER. (Introduction)
They are all reminders of Light and Lucky-charms,
Exorcizers against sterile torments
Good hunters
know that proudly or crawling,
to LIVE,
you must always move.
By the increasing of CLEAR-VOYANCE
and deepening of the World
the disadvantages of several
problems and contradictions
will resolve themselves
in the access to new horizons.
The initiated know that
we must always move forward.
If it ever happens that you cannot
avoid going round in circles:
always turns in a spiral;
thus, anyway, you will still advance.
Thus, little by little
Your orbit will access
at Circle of Light
Beauty and Meaning of being
where Harmony
reveals the Links between
things and beings.
You will be taught
By the Fire within you
the Manitou that belongs
to you, being-of-the-world
of The Master of Everything
who created you
sees you and
never forget you.

Is hidden as much
superstitions as elsewhere.

Leave these false hopes.
Choose the colour of your FATE.
Invent your own
Hopes and Dreams.
Realize them.
What you have in the depths of yourself
proceeds from DIVINE BALANCE.

''unique''. You're in his heart, in his hand and in his GAZE
and He will never forget you.
the bracelet: for those who seeking self-confidence.
For example, if you wear a pin: the others can see it
but not you. While a bracelet,
a simple glance at your arm and you can see it. It
is there only as a symbol of colour and
of light that must bring you back to your prayer in a
moment. A moment of doubt, a brief
glance at your wrist and you know there is greater,
the All Encompassing who ‘’never forget you’’:
have faith!))

Light is true FREEDOM.
The impulses which agitate you
And come and impose
you're being to your own conscience
appear to originate
from everything and everyone.

your Inner Strength.
The Creator wanted
you to belong to yourself
in Him, to you, and no other.
Affirms Him your Respect
by discovering yourself thoroughly.

hang it to your wall. It will illuminate your space. We
made it thinking of you that we do not know, in light of

that appearances are not everything. We create In the
economic and social practice, a Bond of Communion that we
must always MAINTANE for universal Friendship.
Peace among us all, and fulfilment, will come when all of us
admit and recognize each other.
