I offer you here an amusing anecdote concerning the ‘’little baptised’’: Monique came back home after painting in the chapel all day and said to me that Marie-T., a friend, stopped by to visit. This is what Monique told me – ‘’ Marie-T. looked around the chapel and stopped in front of the little baptised and said : ‘’ It’s curious, your little baptised is dressed in a traditional Acadian dress and on top of that, she’s a redhead… very curious…’’ I laughed and was a bit embarrassed; I really had not noticed that until she mention it! ‘’
